From my experience reaching FC in MM multiple times. Formation use 433 (any form) Custom Tactic. Build up. Speed 3, Passing 1, Mentality Defending, Positioning Organized. Offend. Passing 2, Crossing 1, Shooting 3, Positioning Free. Defense. Pressure 3, Width 2, Aggression 3, Back Line Cover.
