Jul 2, 2020 · At a high level, you need a 4K capable X1 box (models Xi6 (wireless box) or XG1v4 (wired/main outlet)). If you do not have one currently, you can go to your nearest Xfinity Store and replace your older boxes for one of these (there's no additional charge, I highly suggest upgrading to the latest boxes even if you were not getting a 4K TV).
